Hi, I'm Steve. My boat is an Invader 22, which also appeared as a Snapdragon 670 (but different to the other Snapdragons).

I have had a MB2A for many years, and done lots of jobs on it, including a full rebuild; but considering I can't get it to start at the moment I can't call myself an expert! I am an engineer but not an engine specialist.

I think the biggest problem with this engine is that you can't lift the engine out of the boat without lifting the boat out of the water. So any work is difficult.

I am Sandy and a have an italian friend who has a MB2 which has problem statring. There is no spark at the plug and he was told it is the main coil by a Honda engineer.

Reading you posts perhaps this is not the main problem>
